Senior Business Analyst – Arabic Speaker

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, meetings, and collaborative sessions.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain BRDs, SRSs, process models, BPMN and UML diagrams, use cases, and other analysis artifacts.
• Identify process improvement, operational efficiency, automation, and government-policy compliance opportunities.
• Support solution definition and validation with architects, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate QA test scenarios, test cases, acceptance criteria, UAT plans, and UAT execution.
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout discovery, development, testing, deployment, and implementation.
• Coordinate with project managers, product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Provide business analysis guidance through the solution lifecycle and ensure alignment with objectives, policies, regulations, and stakeholder expectations.
• Analyze process, integration, data-flow, and technology dependencies; facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
• Support Agile and Waterfall project delivery.

Required qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Analysis, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of professional IT business analysis experience.
• Experience in requirements gathering and management, business process analysis, and solution definition.
• Experience in Arabic- and English-bilingual environments; fluent Arabic and strong English communication are mandatory.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation, influencing, negotiation, and alignment skills.
• Knowledge of requirements elicitation, business analysis methodologies, documentation standards, and process modeling.
• Hands-on experience with BRDs, SRSs, user stories, acceptance criteria, BPMN, UML, use cases, and process flows.
• Understanding of systems integration, data flows, APIs, enterprise applications, and technology fundamentals.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience supporting QA, UAT, solution validation, and requirements traceability.
• Government, public-sector, or large enterprise experience is preferred.

Work arrangement

• The role is onsite in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Salary

• AED 12,000 per month.
