Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Analysis, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in IT business analysis.
• Experience in requirements gathering and management, business process analysis, solution definition, and stakeholder management.
• Fluent Arabic and strong English written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
• Experience in government, public-sector, or large enterprise environments is preferred.

Required methods, artifacts, and tools

• Knowledge of elicitation techniques, business analysis methodologies, documentation standards, and process modeling.
• Hands-on experience with BRDs, SRSs, user stories, acceptance criteria, BPMN, UML, use cases, and process flows.
• Understanding of systems integration, data flows, APIs, enterprise applications, and technology fundamentals.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, QA, UAT, solution validation, and requirements traceability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead elicitation through workshops, interviews, meetings, and collaborative sessions; translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements and specifications.
• Develop and maintain analysis documents, process models, diagrams, use cases, and other artifacts.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, automation, and compliance.
• Support solution definition and validation; collaborate with QA on testing and UAT.
• Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability and coordinate with delivery stakeholders.
• Provide lifecycle business analysis guidance; assess processes, integrations, data flows, and dependencies; align solutions with business objectives, policies, regulations, and stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams and support Agile and Waterfall delivery.
