Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead teams in applying Scrum and Agile practices; facilitate planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Coach teams, improve collaboration and self-organization, and remove delivery impediments.
• Support Product Owners with backlog management, prioritization, and refined user stories.
• Resolve team and stakeholder conflicts and support customer and business objectives.
• Plan larger projects and track quality, timelines, performance, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with IT, business, marketing, customer service, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain Jira boards and project tracking; promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices.

Required skills and experience

• Hands-on Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead experience and strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SDLC, and modern software development.
• Experience facilitating ceremonies, coaching Agile teams, and working across cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong Jira and Confluence experience and ability to identify and remove impediments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Banking/financial services experience is required or strongly preferred; digital transformation experience in financial services is also listed.

Education and certifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
• PSM and SSM certifications are described as required/preferred; the posting does not clarify whether either is mandatory.

Additional experience

• Web and mobile application technology is advantageous.
• CRM systems and cloud platforms are advantages.
• Knowledge of financial services regulations and industry standards is desirable.
