Contract

• 12-month contract, extendable.

Programme leadership and transformation

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and data transformation programmes.
• Maintain roadmaps, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource plans; establish governance, steering committees, and reporting.
• Drive initiatives in enterprise data platforms, analytics, data governance, and reporting; support modern data architectures, cloud, automation, and digital transformation.
• Align technology investments with business priorities and enterprise architecture standards.

Stakeholders, governance, and resources

• Coordinate senior business stakeholders and technology teams; present updates, risks, achievements, and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Identify and mitigate programme risks, issues, and dependencies; maintain compliance with governance, regulatory frameworks, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Manage change control, budgets, forecasts, vendors, resource allocation, programme benefits, KPIs, and return on investment.
• Develop change and stakeholder engagement strategies, promote user adoption, and foster continuous improvement.

Required experience

• 10+ years of programme and project management experience in large enterprise environments.
• Proven delivery of complex technology and data transformation programmes; strong understanding of enterprise technology, data management, analytics, and digital transformation.
• Experience managing programmes across Finance, Audit, Marketing, Operations, and Technology, and working in highly regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of governance, budgeting, vendor management, and risk management; experience with senior executives and steering committees.
• Financial services or banking experience is preferred.

Required skills

• Programme management, enterprise technology delivery, data strategy and transformation, IT governance, and change management.
• Financial management and budget control, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, stakeholder management, risk and issue management, vendor management, executive reporting, and resource planning.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, MSP, Agile, or equivalent programme management certification.
• Experience with enterprise data, cloud, analytics, or digital transformation; knowledge of data governance, AI, business intelligence, and enterprise reporting technologies.
