Azure Data Analyst - Jordan (m/f/d)

Job purpose

Responsibilities

• Analyze data using statistical techniques and communicate trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, databases, and data collection systems.
• Gather, clean, validate, and troubleshoot data to ensure quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Support analytical, predictive, and machine learning models for healthcare operations and business performance.
• Use tools such as Tableau to prepare and present reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve healthcare service quality, operational efficiency, and cost performance.
• Work with stakeholders to prioritize reporting needs and support evidence-based decisions.
• Develop SQL queries and support data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Ensure reports and dashboards are accurate and aligned with business requirements.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; equivalent qualifications may be considered based on relevant experience.
• 4–7 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and interpretation of complex datasets.
• Hands-on experience with SQL queries, data reporting, and statistical analysis.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred; familiarity with healthcare regulatory KPIs is an advantage.
• Business intelligence tools, particularly Tableau, are preferred.
• Experience with predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning is advantageous.

Skills and competencies

• Strong analytical and statistical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and troubleshooting.
• Data analysis and reporting proficiency with Excel, SPSS, SAS, or equivalent platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL, database technologies, and data management practices.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and explain complex insights in business-friendly language.
• Strong report-writing, presentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain quality.
