AI GTM Consultant - Public Sector (m/f/d)

Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Advise public-sector organizations on AI, data, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop AI strategies, operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
• Lead executive workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.
• Define value propositions, business cases, ROI models, and AI adoption strategies.
• Support proofs of concept, pilot programs, and strategic transformation initiatives.
• Partner with technical and delivery teams to shape AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Engage and influence senior government leaders, executives, and stakeholders across the Middle East.
• Support opportunity qualification, solution shaping, proposal development, and executive presentations.
• Contribute thought leadership, market insights, consulting offerings, and methodologies.
• Monitor emerging AI trends, technologies, and public-sector innovation initiatives.
• Travel across the Middle East and Africa as required.

Experience and qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting, professional services, business transformation, AI, data, analytics, or client-facing roles.
• Proven experience advising public-sector organizations in the UAE and broader Middle East.
• Demonstrated success delivering or shaping AI, machine learning, generative AI, analytics, or digital transformation programs.
• Experience with strategic roadmaps, operating models, governance frameworks, executive business cases, and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Experience supporting complex consulting engagements, business development, and presales activities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.

Technical knowledge

• Strong understanding of AI and generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI and AI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Knowledge of data strategy and readiness, responsible AI and governance, analytics, and digital transformation.
• Knowledge of change management and technology adoption.
• Experience with one or more of Microsoft Azure AI, AWS AI Services, Google Cloud Platform, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Databricks, or Snowflake is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication, presentation, executive engagement, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured problem-solving and strategic thinking; ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Commercial acumen in identifying, shaping, and progressing consulting opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in emerging technologies and innovation.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is highly preferred.
• Additional qualifications in business, technology, AI, data, or digital transformation are advantageous.

Location and work arrangement

• The role is based in the United Arab Emirates with hybrid working.
• Regional travel across the Middle East and Africa is required as needed.
