A fast-growing AI company is hiring a field marketing and events specialist for a six-month contract.
The role executes the event calendar end to end; strategy is owned by the MENA Marketing Lead.
Events include owned executive gatherings and third-party trade shows and partner events.
Responsibilities
- Deliver event logistics, agency coordination, budgets, on-site execution, sales coordination, and follow-up.
- Manage the UAE event agency, contracts, purchase orders, vendor onboarding, invoices, and budget tracking.
- Plan third-party event staffing, lead capture, sponsorship delivery, and associated event ecosystem activities.
- Coordinate with sales teams on invite lists, event coverage, and lead handoff; report attendance, costs, SQLs, and pipeline.
Requirements
- At least 5 years in B2B field marketing or event management, with end-to-end event ownership.
- Working knowledge of UAE event venues and suppliers; experience with CxO and senior enterprise audiences.
- Able to negotiate contracts, challenge quotes, and track spending.
- Willing to work on site, including evenings, and travel within the UAE.
- Fluent or working proficiency in Arabic.
Preferred experience and tools
- AI, SaaS, or scale-up experience is listed as a qualification.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Splashthat, Asana, or Lemlist is listed as a qualification.
- Experience running ABM-linked events is listed as a qualification.
Workplace and travel
- The role requires on-site event delivery, including evening events and travel within the UAE.
