Programme leadership and transformation

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and data transformation programmes; maintain roadmaps, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource plans.
• Establish governance frameworks, steering committees, and reporting; ensure timely delivery, quality, governance, and compliance.
• Drive enterprise data platform, analytics, data governance, and reporting initiatives; support data architecture, cloud, automation, and digital transformation.
• Align technology investments with business priorities and enterprise architecture standards.

Stakeholders, governance, and resources

• Coordinate with stakeholders in Audit, Finance, Marketing, Risk, Operations, and Technology; present programme updates and recommendations to executives and steering committees.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies; monitor regulatory, internal control, audit, and project management compliance.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, vendors, resource allocation, benefits, KPIs, and return on investment.
• Develop change and engagement strategies, drive adoption, and promote continuous improvement.

Required experience and capabilities

• 10+ years of programme and project management experience in large enterprise environments.
• Proven delivery of complex technology and data transformation programmes; strong understanding of enterprise technology, data management, analytics, and digital transformation.
• Experience spanning multiple business functions and highly regulated industries; financial services or banking is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of programme governance, budgeting, vendor management, and risk management; experience with senior executives and steering committees.

Required skills

• Programme management, enterprise technology delivery, data strategy and transformation, and IT governance.
• Change management, financial management and budget control, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, stakeholder management, and risk and issue management.
• Vendor management, executive reporting, and resource planning.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, MSP, Agile, or equivalent programme management certification.
• Enterprise data, cloud, analytics, or digital transformation delivery experience; knowledge of data governance, AI, business intelligence, and enterprise reporting technologies.
