Project and programme delivery

- Support stage-gate reviews and approvals; monitor internal policy, audit, and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to improving PMO processes, templates, and delivery standards.
Portfolio, financial, and resource management
- Report project progress, risks, budget utilization, resource capacity, and delivery metrics; prepare executive dashboards and presentations.
- Support portfolio prioritization and demand management; manage budgets, forecasts, financial tracking, and benefit realization.
- Monitor resource allocation and capacity planning; support vendor management, contract oversight, and third-party delivery governance where applicable.
Stakeholder management
- Build relationships with business leaders, technology teams, and external partners; facilitate workshops, governance meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations, and act as an advisor to project sponsors and senior stakeholders.
