Sales are conducted mostly by telephone, with field visits where required.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and qualify cold, warm, and hot leads.
- Consult customers, recommend suitable services and packages, and present tailored proposals by email, phone, and text.
- Build long-term relationships, provide ongoing support, and meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Record customer interactions, opportunities, and outcomes accurately in CRM.
- Provide sales management with actionable feedback and monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
- Represent the Dubizzle Cars brand professionally and uphold high standards of integrity.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 4–5 years of proven experience in a similar inside sales or telesales role.
- Experience selling used cars, car insurance, service warranties, insurance, or car financing is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and familiarity with the automotive market and value-added services such as insurance and warranties.
- Strong communication and persuasion, negotiation, objection handling, organization, and follow-up capabilities.
- Ability to manage high call volumes and closures.
