Field Sales Representative in the Cars vertical, meeting buyers and sellers to generate revenue through car sales.
Act as a mediator between the company and clients to achieve sales and margin targets.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with buyers and sellers.
- Present vehicle features and conduct test drives during field viewings.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and transfer teams to support successful vehicle transfers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Answer client queries by phone and email during viewings.
- Understand the motors market and its audiences.
- Follow up with buyers and sellers to improve the closing ratio.
- Promote vehicle models according to buyer interests.
- Review inspection reports and explain vehicle condition, service, warranty, and history.
- Share inspection reports with buyers and update viewing records and comments accurately and on time.
Requirements
- At least two years of UAE field representative or account-management experience is preferred; motors-industry experience is preferred.
- CRM software or app experience is required; Salesforce is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills and strong closing skills are required.
- Strong customer-service attitude, work ethic, and drive for success are expected.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively, and learn quickly is required.
- A valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel to meet clients are required.
