Role overview
The Sales Coordinator – Retail provides administrative and sales support to the sales and marketing team.
The role supports day-to-day sales transactions, cross-department coordination, customer needs, and department KPIs.
Based in Riyadh and reporting to the Area Sales Manager – Retail.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and update reports, collect and consolidate information, and coordinate across regions and with internal and external stakeholders.
- Follow up with sales staff on DSO collections to help maintain balanced liquidity.
- Coordinate information sharing among the Sales Manager, sales personnel, and internal stakeholders.
- Convey external inquiries and information effectively.
- Coordinate with Customer Service on price variations and customer inquiries.
- Assist with system price updates and maintain customer credit files.

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
- One to two years of relevant sales-support experience.
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Initiative, accountability, relationship-building, and specialist knowledge.
- Methodical planning, prioritization, clear communication, and cooperation with colleagues.
