Role overview
Senior Sales Executive - Projects, based in Jeddah and reporting to the Area Sales Manager – Project.
Supports the Area Sales Manager in growing B2B sales of Jotun Decorative products to project customers and achieving sales, gross-margin, DSO, and market-share targets.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell decorative products to construction projects through customer visits, opportunity identification, market insights, and customer relationships.
- Map and audit current and upcoming construction and infrastructure projects to identify opportunities before tender or specification stages.
- Maintain a qualified CRM pipeline aligned with sales and budget targets; track opportunity stages and forecast sales.
- Monitor awarded projects, protect Jotun’s position and scope against competitors, and ensure project requirements are met.
- Manage account follow-up, reconciliation, and records to meet credit terms and DSO targets.
- Coordinate internally for timely delivery and customer service; interpret technical documents and prepare product recommendations and quotations compliant with specifications.
- Update area audits with the supervisor to identify market potential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or Building Materials is preferred.
- Three to five years of relevant project sales, B2B, and business-development experience.
- Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Able to identify commercial opportunities, build relationships, plan systematically, collaborate, focus on results, and follow procedures.
