Role overview
Supports implementation of Decorative Marketing plans through coordination and execution of marketing projects, product initiatives, promotional activities, and brand communication.
Works with internal teams, regional marketing, and external stakeholders to support sales growth and strengthen brand presence in Qatar.
Based in Qatar and reports to the Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
- Support local Decorative Marketing plans in line with regional strategies and business priorities.
- Coordinate and execute assigned projects across product, brand, retail, and marketing communication activities.
- Support product launches, portfolio updates, product transitions, packaging changes, and related marketing materials.
- Coordinate promotional programs, brand activations, events, digital and social media activities, and localization of regional campaigns.
- Work with regional marketing, Sales, internal departments, external agencies, suppliers, and other stakeholders to deliver activities and materials on time.
- Conduct market visits, monitor competitors, and analyze market and sales data to support product positioning and marketing decisions.
- Manage marketing administration, documentation, material ordering, and reporting in line with company procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience; experience in FMCG, paints, building materials, or a similar industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic marketing knowledge, strong coordination, communication and organizational skills, a proactive approach, and willingness to learn and develop.
