Manage, organize, and follow up on warehouse and logistics activities to support safe, efficient operations and service targets.
Position is based in Riyadh and reports to the Warehouse Manager.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, production planners, and customer service on product availability, dispatch timelines, and order forecasts.
- Support on-time, in-full customer order delivery and internal delivery performance targets.
- Schedule and coordinate customer deliveries with relevant departments.
- Maintain warehouse 5S standards for cleanliness, product condition, designated areas, and sorting.
- Monitor, analyze, and report warehouse and logistics KPIs; follow HSEQ requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or dispatch function.
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
