Role purpose
Accomplish monthly acquisition targets within approved bank guidelines and deliver customer service in accordance with agreed standards.
Key accountabilities and results
- Source and facilitate home finance applications throughout customer onboarding.
- Meet monthly individual acquisition targets and identify opportunities to grow sales and source new business.
- Handle after-sales queries through the customer's receipt of funds for construction and support customers through the home finance process.
- Resolve complaints, meet turnaround times, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Complete daily submissions with required documentation and credit information.
- Follow bank processes, standard operating procedures, and central bank requirements.
- Complete KYC and identity verification in line with applicable guidelines.
- Communicate accurate information and prevent mis-selling.
- Meet monthly disbursement targets, submit complete applications, resolve customer queries within agreed turnaround times, and support positive feedback.
Specialist skills and knowledge
- Sales and customer service experience.
- Real estate market knowledge and working experience.
- Home finance banking experience is preferred.
- Problem-solving and communication skills.
Previous experience and knowledge
- At least two years of sales and customer service experience.
- Home finance experience is preferred.
- Arabic speaking.
- Understanding of Assets Product.
- Knowledge of regulated financial services and banking industries.
