Provides end-to-end operational and service support to the Community Banking coverage team.
Supports account opening, maintenance, and service activities for an assigned portfolio while maintaining service standards, accurate documentation, and compliance.
Account and client support
- Support the Regional Manager and Relationship Managers with operational and customer-service activities.
- Process account openings, maintenance, and client service requests from start to completion.
- Handle routine enquiries, assist with complaint follow-up, and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client requests.
Documentation, compliance, and tracking
- Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Support KYC/ODD updates, RIM alignments, licensing documents, and client profile maintenance.
- Monitor dormant accounts, expired licenses, and signatories; flag actions to Relationship Managers.
- Track requests in CRM/BPM systems, follow up on pending cases, and escalate risks or documentation and compliance concerns.
Required experience and skills
- Bachelor’s degree and experience in customer service or administration; banking experience is preferred.
- Computer and MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Teamwork, time management, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Awareness of AML and compliance matters; training will be provided.

- Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
- Attention to detail, quality control, coordination, and follow-up.
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
