Channel Performance & Evaluation Specialist

Role purpose

Performance and incentives

• Clean, enter, and validate data; report discrepancies and suggest solutions to protect data integrity.
• Develop data collection and aggregation tools; prepare KPI tables, charts, visualizations, and performance presentations.
• Maintain collection forms and electronic documentation.
• Calculate monthly incentive payouts, verify data, resolve discrepancies, and deliver timely distribution.
• Analyze incentive performance, track payout and processing KPIs, automate anomaly checks, and document controls.
• Review incentive policy effectiveness and support drafting criteria and policy proposals.

Evaluation, data management, and planning

• Provide accurate data for annual appraisals and maintain performance reports or dashboards for individuals, teams, and branches.
• Recommend performance indicator frameworks, identify trends, and collaborate on piloting metrics aligned with business goals.
• Analyze system data and constraints, assess third-party data requirements, and protect confidential information.
• Use predictive modeling and analysis to support branch targeting, revenue, customer experience, lead reporting, and sales strategy.
• Analyze transactional data for resource planning and maintain the Capacity Plan Master Sheet in line with approvals.

Reporting automation

• Automate reporting using Python, Alteryx, Power BI, or SQL, and maintain the efficiency and reliability of the resulting system.

Skills and knowledge

• Strong numerical and analytical ability and understanding of products, policies, plans, and objectives.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Knowledge of financial concepts and interpretation of ratios in results statements.
• Advanced expertise in SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with R, Python, and Alteryx is highly desirable.
