Support implementation of the Operational Risk Management framework, initially focusing on incident management and related activities.
The role is open to fresh graduates and involves learning across different areas of operational risk.
Operational risk management tools
- Provide proactive support to the Operational Risk Management team.
- Support the business in managing operational risk incidents and losses.
- Facilitate identification and assessment of key operational risk exposures in line with the group framework and procedures.
- Support management of issues and timely implementation of actions.
- Support identification and assessment of Key Risk Indicators.
- Update and monitor operational risk data using the group risk management platform.
- Collate data for recurring reports on operational risk profiles, analysis, and exposures.
Program management
- Support implementation and development of the Operational Risk Management program and tools, including RCSA, KRIs, incident management, and issues and actions management.
- Support implementation of Operational Risk Management policies and procedures across the group.
Skills and qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; no specific work experience is required.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, research, quantitative, and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to collaborate with coworkers and business stakeholders.
- Self-motivation and ability to learn rapidly.
