Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent with fluency in Arabic, located in Abu Dhabi. Primary responsibilities include assisting clients with property buying, selling, and leasing processes; maintaining knowledge of market trends; providing outstanding customer service; and achieving sales targets. The Real Estate Agent will also be responsible for managing property listings, conducting property viewings, and negotiating contracts to ensure smooth real estate transactions.
Qualifications
- A valid Real Estate License
- Strong customer service and client relationship management skills
- Proven expertise in Real Estate, including property sales, leasing, and market analysis
- Experience in sales and negotiation to achieve targets successfully
- Knowledge of real property laws and best practices in the UAE
- Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Abu Dhabi
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
- Previous experience in the UAE Real Estate market is a plus
