**Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Abu Dhabi.
The Real Estate Agent will manage the end-to-end sales and leasing process, including prospecting for new clients, conducting property viewings, and following up on leads.
Daily responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and property options, preparing and reviewing documents such as contracts and agreements, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth transactions.
The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, staying current with local regulations and market trends, and providing high-quality customer service before and after the sale.
The Real Estate Agent will represent Roots Origin Properties in a professional manner at all times and contribute to achieving team sales targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property practices in the UAE.
- Proven Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a similar role.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations, property documentation, and local market trends.
- Comfort with CRM tools, digital listing platforms, and basic MS Office or Google Workspace applications.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple listings and client needs, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, professional appearance, and a valid UAE driving license with access to transportation preferred.
