Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent \| Arabic Speaker role based in Abu Dhabi.

The Real Estate Agent will handle day-to-day activities such as prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, preparing and reviewing contracts, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring all transactions comply with relevant regulations.

The role involves delivering excellent customer service in Arabic and English, managing client communication, negotiating offers, and maintaining accurate records in company systems.

Qualifications

  • Real Estate License and solid understanding of local real estate regulations.
  • Hands-on experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions.
  • Strong Sales and negotiation skills focused on closing deals ethically and effectively.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills with a client-focused, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in Arabic and good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market and related legal processes.
  • Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients, and handle time-sensitive tasks.
  • Comfort with using CRM systems, email, and basic office software for daily operations.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for property visits.
  • Previous experience in real estate or a closely related field is preferred.
