Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant \| Arabic Speaker role based in Abu Dhabi.

The Property Consultant will support clients through the entire property transaction cycle, including understanding requirements, conducting property viewings, and presenting suitable options.

Day-to-day tasks include managing client inquiries, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available listings, preparing and reviewing documents, and coordinating with landlords, buyers, and other stakeholders.

The role involves negotiating offers, explaining contractual terms, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from initial contact to closing.

The Property Consultant will also contribute to sales targets by actively prospecting, following up on leads, and building a strong client network in both Arabic and English.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to advise clients on property options, market trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills in Arabic and English, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional written correspondence.
  • Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and maintaining positive client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive real estate environment.
  • Candidates should ideally have knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, local regulations, and property documentation processes.
  • Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working on-site, collaborating with team members, and attending property viewings and client meetings.
  • A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field, along with prior experience in real estate or property consulting, is preferred.
