Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site **Property Consultant** role based in **Abu Dhabi**.

The Property Consultant will guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties, from initial inquiry to final agreement.

Responsibilities

include identifying client needs, presenting suitable properties, arranging and conducting property viewings, and providing clear, accurate information on pricing, terms, and market conditions.

The role involves negotiating offers, preparing necessary documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth transactions.

The Property Consultant will also maintain an organized portfolio of listings, follow up promptly with leads, and stay updated on local real estate trends, regulations, and competitive offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable property solutions.
  • **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills** to build trust, explain complex information clearly, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proven customer service abilities, including responsiveness, professionalism, and a client-focused approach throughout the transaction cycle.
  • Demonstrated sales skills, including prospecting, lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of real estate markets, property types, and local regulations in Abu Dhabi or the wider UAE.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients, listings, and deadlines effectively.
  • Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems for managing leads, listings, and documentation.
  • Previous experience in real estate, property consulting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certification or license in real estate (or willingness to obtain, where required by local regulations).
  • Proficiency in **English**
