Role Description

The Property Consultant \| Arabic Speaker role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi.

The role involves advising clients on residential and commercial properties, including sales, leasing, and investment opportunities, with a strong focus on Arabic-speaking clientele.

Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, managing inquiries, preparing and presenting property proposals, and negotiating offers between owners and clients.

The Property Consultant updates and maintains property listings, stays informed about market trends, and collaborates with the team to achieve individual and company sales targets.

This role also requires preparing documentation, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the client journey.

Qualifications

  • Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide suitable property solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, including the ability to present information clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Proficient customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, follow-up, and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Proven sales skills in real estate or related fields, including negotiation, closing deals, and working towards sales targets.
  • Solid understanding of the real estate market, particularly in Abu Dhabi, including property regulations and local trends.
  • Previous experience in real estate, property consulting, or brokerage is highly beneficial.
  • Comfortable working on-site, conducting property tours, and managing field-based activities.
  • Basic proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software for managing leads and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a team environment.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
