Role Description

** ** This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant \| Arabic Speaker role based in Abu Dhabi.

The Real Estate Consultant will support clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties, with a particular focus on Arabic-speaking clients.

Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and providing informed guidance on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.

The role involves preparing and reviewing documents, coordinating with developers and property owners, and managing negotiations to close successful transactions.

The consultant will maintain an up-to-date property portfolio, update listings on relevant platforms, and collaborate closely with colleagues and management to meet sales targets and deliver a high standard of client service.

Qualifications

  • Strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including local Abu Dhabi market trends and applicable regulations.
  • Proven Sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a client-facing environment.
  • Effective Negotiation skills to represent clients’ interests and close transactions efficiently and ethically.
  • Ability to provide client Training and guidance on processes, documentation, and property options when needed.
  • Fluency in Arabic and strong proficiency in English, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfort working on-site, conducting property visits, and managing a dynamic schedule.
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and CRM skills, with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Previous experience in Abu Dhabi or UAE real estate is preferred; a valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and a client-centric mindset.
