**Role Description** This full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant \| Arabic Speaker role is based in Abu Dhabi.

The consultant will manage property listings, conduct viewings, and guide clients through the full transaction cycle for buying, selling, and renting real estate.

Daily responsibilities include identifying client needs, presenting suitable properties, negotiating offers and contracts, and ensuring all documentation complies with local regulations.

The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and providing clear, professional communication in Arabic and English.

The consultant will also support client follow-up, handle inquiries, and participate in training and development activities to improve sales performance and service quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong real estate and real property knowledge, including local Abu Dhabi market trends and regulations.
  • Proven sales skills with experience in client acquisition, lead conversion, and relationship management.
  • Effective negotiation skills for offers, contracts, and closing deals that align with client and company objectives.
  • Ability to participate in and benefit from training programs, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Fluency in Arabic, with good proficiency in English for client communication and documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and customer service skills, with a consultative approach.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in real estate, property brokerage, or a related field in the UAE is preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to transportation are advantageous.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related discipline is a plus.
