Role Description

The Senior Property Consultant will work on-site in Abu Dhabi in a full-time capacity, managing the full sales and leasing cycle for residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, advising clients on suitable options, and negotiating offers and contracts in line with company policies.

The role involves maintaining deep knowledge of local market trends, prices, and regulations, and preparing accurate documentation, listings, and reports in company systems.

The Senior Property Consultant will build and nurture long-term client relationships, provide after-sales support, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

The position also requires attending networking events, staying updated on new developments and projects, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities for engaging with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven customer service skills, demonstrating responsiveness, professionalism, and a client-first mindset throughout the sales process.
  • Solid sales skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets in real estate or a related industry.
  • In-depth understanding of the real estate sector, preferably in Abu Dhabi or the UAE, including market dynamics, regulations, and documentation.
  • Relevant experience as a Property Consultant or similar role; senior-level experience in real estate is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, property portals, and basic office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace).
  • Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Arabic or other widely spoken languages in the region) are an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications or RERA-type qualifications are a plus.
