**Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent \| Arabic speaker role based in Abu Dhabi.
The Real Estate Agent will manage property listings, conduct viewings, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process from initial consultation to closing.
Responsibilities include prospecting for new leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, preparing and reviewing contracts, and coordinating with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders.
The role involves conducting market research, pricing analysis, and advising clients on market trends and investment opportunities.
The Real Estate Agent will also handle inquiries, provide timely follow-up, and ensure all documentation and transactions comply with local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Property regulations and practices in Abu Dhabi or the wider UAE.
- Candidates should possess strong Real Estate knowledge, including local market trends, property valuation, and transaction processes.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
- Candidates should possess good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in handling documentation and contracts.
- Proficiency with basic office software, CRM or real estate listing platforms, and comfort with digital tools for marketing and communication is beneficial.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage. Prior experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a related field is preferred.
