Role Description

The Listing Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for managing property listings and supporting owners through the selling and leasing process.

Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and securing new listings, conducting property assessments, preparing listing presentations, and advising owners on pricing, marketing strategy, and market conditions.

The Listing Agent will create and update listing details, coordinate professional photos and property staging when needed, and ensure all information is accurate and compliant with company and regulatory standards.

The role involves regular client meetings, property viewings, negotiation of offers, and collaboration with internal teams to support closing procedures and documentation.

The Listing Agent is expected to maintain strong local market knowledge, uphold high ethical standards, and deliver consistent, responsive communication to clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Strong client-facing skills, including clear communication, active listening, and the ability to build trust with property owners and buyers.
  • Solid sales and negotiation abilities, with experience handling offers, counteroffers, and closing deals in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple listings, appointments, and documentation with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the local Abu Dhabi real estate market, property valuation basics, and relevant regulatory or legal requirements.
  • Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for listing management, CRM systems, online property portals, and standard office software.
  • Ability to work on-site, adapt to a dynamic environment, collaborate with internal teams, and deliver a consistent level of service.
  • Prior real estate or sales experience is highly beneficial; RERA or equivalent real estate certification or license is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English required; Arabic language skills are an asset. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
