Role Description
The Media Buyer at Roots Origin Properties is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.
The person in this role is responsible for planning, negotiating, and purchasing advertising space across digital, social, print, and outdoor channels to support property marketing campaigns.
Day-to-day tasks include analyzing audience data, monitoring campaign performance, optimizing media placements, and managing budgets to maximize return on investment.
The Media Buyer collaborates with marketing and sales teams to align media plans with business objectives, prepare regular performance reports, and recommend improvements.
The role also involves keeping up to date with media trends, local market dynamics, and vendor offerings to identify new opportunities for brand visibility and lead generation.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform Media Planning and Media Buying activities, including selecting channels, negotiating rates, and scheduling placements.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret campaign data, track KPIs, and make data-informed optimization decisions.
- Experience in developing and executing Media Strategy aligned with marketing and business goals.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external media vendors.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) and familiarity with traditional media channels.
- Proficiency in using reporting and analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
- Understanding of real estate or property marketing is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
