**Role Description** The Property Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi.
The consultant will guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties, including conducting property viewings, presenting suitable options, and explaining terms and conditions.
Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends, preparing and updating property listings, and coordinating with landlords, developers, and internal teams.
The role involves negotiating offers, supporting clients with documentation, and ensuring a smooth and transparent transaction experience.
The consultant will also build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and follow-ups to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to understand client requirements and advise on suitable property options.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and deliver a positive client experience.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales capabilities, including negotiation, lead generation, and closing deals in a competitive market.
- Candidates should possess good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market or a strong interest and capacity to learn local real estate regulations and trends.
- Relevant experience in real estate, property management, or consulting is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is beneficial.
- Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
