Project Manager – Digital Transformation & AI

Role overview

Project delivery

• Plan and govern projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor performance, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, changes, budgets, resources, procurement, and vendors.
• Facilitate governance meetings and stakeholder workshops; maintain documentation and provide status reports, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Coordinate implementation of cloud, data, AI, automation, enterprise platform, and modernization initiatives; monitor adoption and benefits.
• Support change management, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure work follows applicable government policies, cybersecurity requirements, data governance standards, procurement processes, and organizational controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Project Management, or a related discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of project management experience, including complex digital transformation, technology, or enterprise projects.
• Large-scale enterprise or government experience is highly preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English are mandatory.

Experience and skills

• Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid delivery, and project governance.
• Experience with projects involving AI, cloud, data, automation, enterprise applications, or digital transformation.
• Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, prompt engineering, AI governance, and automation.
• Strong project planning, budgeting, risk, change, vendor management, and benefits realization skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, negotiation, and coordination skills; proficiency with project management and reporting tools.

Location and work arrangement

• Onsite, client-facing role in Abu Dhabi, UAE; coordinates with senior government and enterprise stakeholders.

Salary

• Salary is up to AED 10,000 per month.
