Develop and implement category and sourcing strategies for Media and Marketing within the Al-Futtaim Group.

Partner with Marketing, Finance and Corporate Services stakeholders and manage key vendors, compliance, value and savings.
What you will do
- Develop category sourcing strategies with cost-saving and service-level targets.
- Lead RFI, RFP and RFQ projects and select appropriate sourcing strategies.
- Use financial acumen and market intelligence in sourcing, budgeting and total-cost-of-ownership decisions.
- Manage strategic supplier relationships and complex vendor contracts, protecting commercial and legal interests.
- Monitor procurement compliance and assess and mitigate risk.
- Drive supplier performance improvement and collaboration initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to align procurement with business objectives.
- Coach and develop Procurement Executives in sourcing and negotiation.
- Influence decisions through fact-based recommendations and strategic insights.
Required skills
- Strategic thinking and business acumen with a procurement focus.
- Advanced negotiation skills and ability to develop category strategies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI and e-sourcing/ERP systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional relationship building.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
- 4–5+ years of procurement, category management or strategic sourcing experience, focused on Marketing and Advertising categories.
- Experience managing complex projects, supplier relationships and contract negotiations.
- Experience coaching, mentoring or managing team members.
- A postgraduate qualification or recognized Procurement/Supply Chain certification is an added advantage.
