Role overview
Develop pricing strategies and financial analyses for profitable Contract Logistics solutions.
Work with Sales, Solutions Design, Finance, and Operations to assess customer requirements, costs, and market conditions.
Responsibilities
- Develop competitive and profitable pricing for Contract Logistics opportunities.
- Analyze warehouse operating costs, financial data, and P&L performance.
- Create and improve pricing tools, templates, and methodologies.
- Maintain pricing standards, best practices, and process documentation.
- Ensure proposals align with company policies, financial objectives, and operational standards.
- Collaborate across teams on customer-focused pricing strategies.
- Mentor new team members and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least three years of pricing, cost accounting, or financial analysis experience in a 3PL or warehouse logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, cost modeling, P&L analysis, and Contract Logistics pricing methodologies.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and cross-functional collaboration ability.
- A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Facility design and cost accounting experience are preferred.
