Responsibilities
- Develop accurate, competitive, profitable pricing solutions for Contract Logistics opportunities.
- Analyze warehouse operating costs, financial data, and P&L performance.
- Create and enhance pricing tools, templates, and methodologies.
- Establish pricing standards, best practices, and process documentation.
- Ensure proposals align with company policies, financial objectives, and operational standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on customer-focused pricing strategies.
- Mentor and support new team members and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of pricing, cost accounting, or financial analysis experience in a 3PL or warehouse logistics environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, cost modeling, P&L analysis, and Contract Logistics pricing methodologies.
- Facility design and cost accounting experience is preferred.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
