PMO Manager role supporting multiple building construction projects in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Lead PMO operations across multiple building construction projects.
- Manage construction contracts, project documentation, specifications, contract terms, and technical requirements.
- Prepare and review BOQs, budgets, and cost estimates; monitor cost-to-complete, cash flow, and financial performance.
- Identify and resolve building design and project identity gaps during planning and execution.
- Coordinate with authorities, consultants, stakeholders, project managers, procurement, and engineering teams.
- Track schedules, milestones, and deliverables; prepare execution plans and progress reports.
- Apply cost-control and risk-management measures and ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and authority requirements.
- Provide strategic recommendations to management and support timely project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven PMO Manager experience on UAE building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, BOQ preparation, cost control, and project planning.
- Experience with consultants, authorities, and project stakeholders.
- Leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- PMP certification is advantageous.
