The role leads architectural design coordination, technical teams, and delivery of complex developments to project requirements, quality standards, and local regulations.
Location and employment
- Location: United Arab Emirates.
- Employment type: Full-time.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural activities on high-rise projects from design development through construction completion.
- Oversee architectural teams, consultants, and technical coordinators.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, façade, and specialist consultants.
- Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, authority requirements, project specifications, and international standards.
- Manage design reviews, technical meetings, and coordination workshops.
- Identify design conflicts and provide technical solutions during construction.
- Monitor architectural progress, quality, and timelines; support value engineering and design optimization.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to architectural staff.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- At least 10 years of architectural experience, including significant experience managing high-rise building projects.
- Track record delivering towers, residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
- Strong knowledge of high-rise construction systems, façade coordination, and finishing works.
- Excellent understanding of architectural detailing, construction methodologies, and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Navisworks, and relevant design software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- UAE experience is highly preferred.
