Lead building construction projects for Abu Alnaga Contracting.
The position is in building construction, which the posting identifies as mandatory industry experience.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site construction activities from mobilization through handover.
- Manage schedules and ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
- Lead site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
- Coordinate with Technical Office, QA/QC, Procurement, and Planning teams.
- Monitor project costs, resources, and manpower allocation.
- Ensure full HSE compliance on site.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 6–10 years of building construction experience; this experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and project management.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- PMP certification is a plus.
