- Manage architectural teams, consultants, and technical coordinators.

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, façade, and specialist consultants.
- Ensure compliance with UAE codes, authority requirements, project specifications, and international standards.
- Lead design reviews, technical meetings, and coordination workshops.
- Resolve design conflicts during construction and monitor progress, quality, and timelines.
- Support value engineering and mentor architectural staff.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- At least 10 years of architectural experience, including significant high-rise project management experience.
- Track record delivering towers or residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
- Strong knowledge of high-rise construction systems, façade coordination, and finishing works.
- Understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Navisworks, and relevant design software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- UAE experience is highly preferred.
