Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in high-rise building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installations and MEP coordination.
- Good understanding of HVAC, fire-fighting, plumbing, drainage, and ELV systems.
- Experience reviewing shop drawings, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and supervising site activities.
- Knowledge of testing, commissioning, quality control procedures, local codes, and safety regulations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical installation works on site.
- Coordinate with HVAC, fire-fighting, plumbing, civil, and ELV teams.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor quality, safety, and progress of site activities.
- Assist with testing, commissioning, and project handover.
