Requirements
- At least 4–5 years of UAE experience as a Plumbing Draftsman and current residence in the UAE.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience preparing plumbing shop drawings and layouts for building and construction projects.
- Knowledge of water supply, drainage, sanitary, stormwater, and related plumbing systems, including layouts, sections, details, riser diagrams, and schematics.
- Ability to interpret plumbing engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements; understanding of UAE construction practices and plumbing standards.
- Experience coordinating drawings with architectural, structural, HVAC, electrical, and other MEP disciplines.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines; Revit MEP/BIM knowledge is an added advantage.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed plumbing shop drawings, layouts, sections, details, and riser diagrams for water supply, drainage, sanitary, stormwater, and other plumbing systems.
- Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, HVAC, electrical, and other MEP disciplines; incorporate engineers' comments and revisions.
- Ensure drawings meet project requirements, specifications, and applicable standards and prepare them for submission, approval, construction, and as-built purposes.
- Identify coordination issues and assist in resolving drawing clashes; maintain drawing standards, revisions, and documentation.
- Work with engineers, BIM coordinators, and project teams to deliver accurate drawings on schedule.
