Universal BIM & CAD Technical Services LLC is seeking an experienced Mechanical Draftsman to join its Dubai team.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant UAE experience and strong mechanical drafting and technical documentation experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant drafting/BIM software.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical services drawings; experience preparing shop, coordination, and as-built drawings.
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications and coordinate with consultants, contractors, engineers, and site teams.
- Understanding of UAE construction requirements and standards; ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE and immediate joiners are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed mechanical shop and construction drawings, including HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical services drawings.
- Develop and revise drawings according to project requirements and coordinate them with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Incorporate consultant, contractor, and site comments; prepare as-built drawings and updated project documentation.
- Review drawing accuracy and project compliance, support site teams, and maintain organized drawing records.
- Provide project teams with accurate and timely drafting deliverables.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 4,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
