Universal BIM & CAD Technical Services LLC is hiring a Mechanical Draftsman in Dubai, UAE.

Pay is AED 4,000–7,500 per month; work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Prepare mechanical and HVAC shop, installation, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop HVAC ductwork layouts, chilled water piping layouts, and equipment installation details.
- Prepare mechanical services layouts, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate mechanical drawings with electrical, plumbing, firefighting, architectural, and structural disciplines.
- Revise drawings based on consultant comments, project specifications, and site requirements.
- Support engineers and site teams with technical drawings and coordination.
- Check drawing accuracy and compliance with project standards and applicable UAE requirements.
Requirements and preferences
- At least 4–5 years of relevant UAE experience as a Mechanical Draftsman.
- Diploma or qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong AutoCAD proficiency and good knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, chilled water piping, and mechanical equipment layouts.
- Experience preparing MEP shop drawings and as-built drawings; understanding of UAE construction practices and consultant approval procedures.
- Revit MEP knowledge is an advantage.
- Current availability in the UAE and immediate joining are preferred.
