Universal BIM & CAD Technical Services is hiring a Plumbing Draftsman for its Dubai, UAE team.

Responsibilities
- Prepare plumbing shop, construction, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop water supply, drainage, sanitary, and stormwater layouts, piping details, and equipment connection drawings.
- Coordinate drawings with HVAC, electrical, firefighting, architectural, and structural disciplines.
- Revise drawings to address consultant comments, project specifications, and site requirements.
- Prepare sections, riser diagrams, and detailed installation drawings.
- Check drawing accuracy and support engineers and site teams during project execution.
- Ensure drawings meet project specifications and applicable UAE authority requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant UAE experience as a Plumbing Draftsman.
- Diploma or qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Strong AutoCAD proficiency and knowledge of water supply, drainage, sanitary, and stormwater systems.
- Experience preparing MEP shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Understanding of UAE construction practices and consultant approval procedures.
- Revit MEP knowledge is an advantage.
- Current UAE availability and immediate joining are preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 4,000–7,000 per month.

- Work is in person in Dubai, UAE.
