The role requires 4–5 years of UAE experience and focuses on accurate electrical drawings for MEP projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare electrical shop, construction, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop lighting, power, small power, cable tray, and electrical containment layouts.
- Prepare installation details, schematics, and Single Line Diagrams.
- Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, HVAC, and plumbing services.
- Revise drawings based on consultant comments, engineer instructions, and site requirements.
- Review for accuracy, resolve coordination issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications and UAE authority requirements.
Requirements
- At least 4–5 years of relevant UAE experience as an Electrical Draftsman.
- Diploma or qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong AutoCAD proficiency and knowledge of lighting, power distribution, cable containment, and ELV systems.
- Experience preparing electrical shop and as-built drawings for MEP projects.
- Understanding of UAE construction practices and consultant approval procedures.
- Revit MEP knowledge is advantageous; UAE availability and immediate joining are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–7,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
