Requirements
- At least 4–5 years of UAE experience as a Plumbing BIM Modeler and current residence in the UAE.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and experience developing detailed plumbing BIM models for building and MEP projects.
- Knowledge of water supply, drainage, sanitary, stormwater, and related plumbing systems, including layouts, piping, risers, equipment, sections, and details.
- Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection; proficiency in Navisworks.
- Ability to interpret plumbing engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Experience coordinating plumbing models with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and other MEP disciplines.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, modeling practices, and LOD requirements; attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate plumbing BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP; model water supply, drainage, sanitary, stormwater, and other plumbing systems.
- Develop models from engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements and coordinate with other building and MEP disciplines.
- Perform clash detection and BIM coordination using Navisworks and other tools; identify and resolve modeling and coordination issues.
- Incorporate design changes, engineer comments, and project revisions into BIM models.
- Produce plans, sections, elevations, details, riser diagrams, and schedules from BIM models.
- Maintain model accuracy, standards, naming conventions, and LOD requirements; assist BIM Coordinators and Plumbing Engineers.
- Deliver BIM models and drawings according to project schedules.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,700–7,500 per month.
