Universal BIM & CAD Technical Services LLC is hiring an experienced Plumbing Draftsman in Dubai, UAE.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant UAE plumbing drafting experience.
- Strong AutoCAD proficiency and experience preparing plumbing shop drawings.
- Knowledge of water supply, drainage, sewerage, and stormwater systems.
- Experience in MEP coordination, riser diagrams, and as-built drawings.
- Understanding of UAE construction standards, consultant requirements, and project specifications.
- Must currently be based in the UAE; immediate joiners are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare plumbing shop drawings, water supply and drainage layouts, and installation details.
- Develop plumbing riser diagrams, schematic drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate plumbing services with HVAC, electrical, firefighting, architectural, and structural disciplines.
- Revise drawings based on consultant comments, project specifications, and site requirements.
- Identify drawing discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with engineers and site teams.
- Maintain drawing accuracy and revision records, and meet project deadlines.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
