The posting seeks an experienced draftsman with 3–5 years of UAE electrical drafting experience.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience in electrical drafting.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical drawing preparation.
- Good knowledge of lighting, power, small power, and containment layouts.
- Experience preparing electrical shop, coordination, and as-built drawings.
- Understanding of UAE construction standards, consultant requirements, and project specifications.
- Candidates must currently be based in the UAE; immediate joiners are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare electrical shop drawings, lighting layouts, power layouts, and cable containment drawings.
- Develop electrical installation details, single-line diagrams, and schematic drawings.
- Coordinate drawings with HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, architectural, and structural disciplines.
- Revise drawings based on consultant comments, approved designs, and site requirements.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with engineers and site teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure drawing accuracy, maintain revision records, and meet project deadlines.
