The role is full-time and requires 4–5 years of UAE experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed plumbing drawings using AutoCAD, including shop, coordination, installation, and as-built drawings.
- Prepare drawings for water supply, drainage, storm water, and other plumbing systems.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, HVAC, electrical, and other MEP services, and with engineers, BIM modelers, site teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Revise drawings from project comments; base work on approved designs, specifications, and site conditions.
- Check accuracy, dimensions, levels, layouts, and technical details, and ensure compliance with project specifications and UAE standards.
- Maintain revisions and project documentation; assist teams in resolving technical drawing issues and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Mandatory: 4–5 years of relevant UAE experience as a Plumbing Draftsman.
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering, MEP, or Drafting.
- Strong AutoCAD proficiency; knowledge of plumbing and MEP systems and experience preparing plumbing shop and coordination drawings.
- Knowledge of water supply, drainage, storm water, sanitary systems, UAE construction practices, standards, and consultant requirements.
- Ability to read plumbing/MEP engineering drawings; good communication and coordination, attention to detail, and deadline management.
- Revit MEP / BIM knowledge is an advantage.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE and immediate joiners are preferred.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
